I’m very impressed with the stick mobility sessions which I started in January 2025.

I’m a lifelong sport lover and have enjoyed squash, racketball, padel tennis, plus cricket and lately golf. Consequently I have wear and tear to knees, occasional tennis elbow etc. Last winter I developed a sore shoulder and partially tore a bicep muscle.

As part of exercising with a view to making my body more flexible I enrolled in Stick Mobility with Zoe Jones. These classes require more effort than I expected and stretch a wide variety of muscles such as sides, chest, hamstrings, thighs, torso and many more. These exercises can be a challenge but the classes are fun and very beneficial.

Benefits: I have noticed an improvement with my flexibility in racket sports and also golf. My golf swing is better and stronger - I’ve noticed an additional 25-30% distance on my golf drives.
My shoulder has improved and I can once again throw a ball, useful for garden tennis/cricket with grandchildren.

I’m back to playing Padel tennis three times a week, golf once a week and walking 11,000 steps daily.

I’m convinced Stick Mobility is good for joint movement.
